Everything you need to know about making dough from scratch, hand pounded basil pesto, San Marzano tomato sauce and all the toppings you can imagine. Plus the best pizza side salad and a homemade Polenta-Apple cake with a dollop of creme fraiche.

Location Overview: Le Couloir (meaning "The Hallway" in French) is a culinary event venue in San Francisco. Our mission is to inspire people with food. Le Couloir is a place that brings people together through the process of eating, drinking and cooking. Our focus is private events, dinner parties, team building events and cooking classes.
What your team will do: A unique way to experience a group meal. Participants are encouraged to take part in the creation process and learn some new tricks in the kitchen
