Team Building Mystery Box Food Challenge

Start by grouping up in teams, and then each group will receive a surprise mystery box with 3 main ingredients to use for their dish.

Each group will have 15 minutes to work together on deciding what to cook, using all the pantry items, cookbook library and guidance from the instructors.

60 minute challenge will begin for completing the dish.

Each dish will be ranked by: presentation, taste and creativity.

One group will be named the winner!

Location Overview: Le Couloir (meaning "The Hallway" in French) is a culinary event venue in San Francisco. Our mission is to inspire people with food. Le Couloir is a place that brings people together through the process of eating, drinking and cooking. Our focus is private events, dinner parties, team building events and cooking classes.
What your team will do: An engaging culinary team building activity aimed to boost creativity and improvisation skills, through an exciting kitchen challenge

Host Details: Inspired by world cuisine and her bringing up in Tel Aviv, Israel, Mashav Shelef leads the team of Le Couloir, making sure every event is one to remember. She comes from a technological and scientific background and acquired her Professional French Cuisine diploma in Ferrandi - Paris.
